Hazards Research
Increasing global hazards pose significant threats to humanity and the environment, demanding urgent attention and action. Hazards research by faculty and students in ESS includes a wide array of natural and human-induced phenomena, including climate change, natural disasters, global terrorism, pollution, conflict, and contagious disease. ESS faculty and students investigate hazards from both social and physical perspectives.
